With weekly support and experienced coaching, you will make a high volume of calls to prospective customers, and you’ll play a central role in implementing targeted sales approaches, quickly identifying opportunities from the very first call. Working closely with internal teams, especially marketing, you will help to qualify prospects and launch effective sales cycles. You will have a portfolio of strategic prospects in a sector with high growth potential. Your main task will be to actively manage this database throughout the sales process: keeping it up-to-date, well-structured and relevant to maximize sales performance.
– Working closely with the Marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to actively manage and maintain a curated database of high-potential prospects within a specific industry where the company is positioned for significant growth
– You will ensure that this database remains accurate, well-organized, and consistently up to date throughout the sales cycle, effectively supporting ongoing sales initiatives
– Supported by experienced coaching and weekly support, you will execute a high volume of calls to prospective customers
– Understand customer needs and requirements, focusing on specific products
– Classify qualified opportunities for appropriate sales executives for further development and conclusion
– Stay informed about products, service details, updates, competing products and services.
– Assist the sales team in their daily tasks
– Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommend improved policies and procedures
– Update management and sales team on stage progress using CRM and supportive sales reviews

– Previous experience in Related sales position or call center
– Bilingual, both written and spoken, in French and English
– Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
– Excellent telephone and cold calling skills
– Proven skills in customer service
– Strong listening and sales skills
– Ability to meet contact targets – you’ll be well supported by the technical and pricing elements of the sales process
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
– Proficiency in SAP is an asset
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or Chemistry
– Resilient and driven personality, who thrives in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
– Comfort and confidence on the phone, especially when it comes to cold calling
– Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
– Organized: Able to maintain efficient and orderly practices
– Motivated and goal-oriented, especially in a sales environment
– Ability to work and manage schedules independently
– Interpersonal skills: establish and maintain relationships with customers
Schedule: The working hours are Monday-Friday at our location in Baie-d’Urfé, QC
Salary: To be discussed according to experience
