The Customer Service Representative is responsible for effectively communicating with customers to ensure all aspects of their orders are maintained with the highest level of professionalism and personalized service. This person will also be responsible for partnering with our sales and operations teams to maintain the highest level of customer service. If you enjoy multitasking, this role is for you!
– Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
– Take orders and process them in our computer system (SAP)
– Ensure the validation of information on purchase orders
– Ensure that customer requests are handled satisfactorily and in accordance with company guidelines
– Track and record customers’ complaints and distribute them to all parties involved. Advise customer of root cause and resolution to avoid repeat
– Assist customers with orders, suggest products, different lots, etc.
– Track all orders and ensure they are at the appropriate stages
– Work closely with sales representatives to connect to customer issues
– Read and understand all customer call reports for strategic accounts
– Manage account maintenance
– Regular communication with logistics, operations and procurement functions to ensure the customer’s requirements and operational requirements are met
– Work in synergy with other departments to ensure full customer focus
– Internal sales for assigned accounts
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes

Education

Schedule: The working hours are Monday-Friday at our location in Baie D’Urfé, QC.
Salary: To be discussed according to experience
