NEOCAT P570 is a proprietary enzyme preparation which main ingredient is a catalase enzyme. NEOCAT P570 decomposes only hydrogen peroxide and do not reacts with other molecules. Hydrogen peroxide need to be removed before dyeing since any trace amount of hydrogen peroxide (ppm) can severely cause dyeing problem, such as unlevelling, shading and inconsistent color shade between batches. NEOCAT P570 does not affect the dyeing process.

  • Textiles
  • Removal of residual hydrogen peroxide after bleaching.
  • Advantages:
  • No unevenness in dyeing.
  • Consistent dyeing results between batches.
  • Shorter processing cycle-increase of productivity.
  • Reduced water usage and waste water treatment
  • Energy saving complete removal of residual hydrogen peroxide and total cost of production down.
